Performance Marketing & Insights Lead
The Performance Marketing & Insights Lead position centres on managing agencies in optimising Google Ads, Shopping, Display, and Paid Social campaigns to maximise ROAS and reduce CAC. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.
Where ownership sits
Supporting the digital marketing team across affiliate marketing campaigns Data Analysis & Insights Monitor and evaluate performance across all channels using GA4, Meta, Google Ads. Support customer segmentation analysis and loyalty tracking to inform targeting and retention strategies in collaboration with the CRM specialist.
Marketing work involved
Manage agencies in optimising Google Ads, Shopping, Display, and Paid Social campaigns to maximise ROAS and reduce CAC. Refine targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets in collaboration with the Head of Digital. Provide clear briefs and KPIs, evaluate agency performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Marketing skills and experience
- Degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience with Salesforce and feed management tools.
- Paid media, PPC, Google Ads, paid social, or performance-marketing experience is important.
