- Leading hands-on activation, optimisation, forecasting, and pacing.
- Own allocation and performance of multi-million-pound media budgets.
- Brief clear, insight-led creative requirements based on performance data.
- Driving high-volume creative testing, continuously refreshing assets across formats, hooks, and messaging.
Skills and requirements
- Demonstrated multi-market experience, with UK and ideally across Europe.
- Experience managing large-scale media budgets.
- Extensive experience briefing and testing creative for performance, including high-volume creative testing.
- Additional European language skills are a bonus.

- Define KPIs and success metrics across channels and markets.
- Analyse funnel performance and media effectiveness to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Work closely with analytics or data partners to support reliable tracking and reporting, including GA4 and platform signals.
