Personal Assistant focuses on to provide administrative support for heads of department and their teams.
What the role involves
- To provide administrative support for Heads of Department and their teams.
- Attending to all written correspondence, meetings and travel and all manner of personal business.
- Inbox management for CEO, screening all telephone calls.
- To assist with legal documentation and administrate for the Chairman’s Property businesses.
- Regularly undertake to establish efficient and proactive working relationships on behalf of the Chairman, ensuring timely communications with partner organisations.
- Responsible for front of house, meet & greet.
