What is expected

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 4 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) and a strong background in claimant personal injury.

Job details

• For fully remote applicants, previous experience of working from home and the ability to manage a caseload effectively with minimal supervision is essential.
• Ideally 2 days in the office a week, remote is available.
• Experience managing a full caseload of personal injury matters, including litigation.
• Strong working knowledge of the MOJ Portal and Fast Track and Multi-Track procedures.
