Lower to mid-level medical negligence matters, although another solicitor in the team specialise in this so it will be limited. Minor to moderate orthopaedic and soft tissue injuries.

Opportunity to lead and shape a growing department. Will involve running your own files from instruction through to settlement or trial, supervising team members, and contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the departm.

What is expected
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 4 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) and a strong background in claimant personal injury.
Job details
- For fully remote applicants, previous experience of working from home and the ability to manage a caseload effectively with minimal supervision is essential.
- Ideally 2 days in the office a week, remote is available.
- Experience managing a full caseload of personal injury matters, including litigation.
- Strong working knowledge of the MOJ Portal and Fast Track and Multi-Track procedures.
