- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to managers and team members within the department.
- Maintaining accurate electronic and manual filing systems, records, databases, and information management systems.
- Process documents, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
- Record keeping, and administrative compliance activities.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, safeguarding responsibilities, equality standards, and health and safety requirements.
Skills and requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics, or relevant administrative qualification.
- Experience providing administrative, clerical, or office support in a professional environment.
- Experience maintaining records, databases, and handling confidential information accurately.
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.

- £13.26- £17.14 per hour.
