What the role involves

  • Managing a portfolio of private clients including high-net-worth individuals, international clients, and those with complex tax affairs.
  • Delivering advisory projects across areas such as Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and international tax matters.
  • Review self-assessment tax returns where necessary, ensuring a thorough and accurate service.

Skills and requirements

  • Oversee personal tax compliance work prepared by junior staff, providing support and guidance where required.
  • The successful Personal Tax Advisory Assistant Manager will be.
  • ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified (or part qualified with strong experience).
  • Experienced in personal tax within an accountancy practice, ideally with at least 3 years’ experience.
