Elite — 5+ years + advanced education or specialism. Conduct structured consultations and programme design. Mentor junior coaches (Senior & Elite levels).
Practical details
- OTE £30,000–£45,000+ | Structured Career Pathway | High-Performance Environment | Multi-Site Growth.
- Level 3 qualified trainers beginning their coaching journey.
- CPD Fund: £600–£1,000 per year for professional development.
- The ability to guide clients toward lasting results.
What needs to be in place
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification (minimum).
- Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
