What the role involves

  • Own the Personal Training weekly plan with clear actions, targets and reviews.
  • Drive PT penetration, DD uptake and revenue through new client acquisition and strong member retention.
  • Delivering exceptional member journeys and outcomes, elevate session quality, consultations and trials.
  • Ensure a seamless path from first purchase to long-term engagement.
  • Maintain strong in-club processes, system adherence, timely resolution of flagged sessions, and robust end-to-end member journeys.
  • Deliver a structured 12-week onboarding, run mentorship programmes, workshops and targeted coaching.

Skills and requirements

  • Develop and retain top PT talent, hire qualified trainers.
  • Personal Trainer Level 3 or Level 4 or CIMSPA equivalent qualification.
  • 30 days (including bank holidays) annual leave – and we want you take them.
  • Access to The Peoples Pension, with our contributions at 3%.
