Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Personalisation Engineer who will be focusing on creating Onsite personalisation experiences, and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) tests. Experience and Qualifications:1-2+ years of experience in a front-end development role.

Stay current with AI tooling and integrate it into your development workflow to improve speed and quality of output. Supporting our optimisation team with designing and developing custom AB tests across our varied clients. Work closely with our optimisation and UX teams to translate wireframes and hypotheses into accurate, pixel-perfect test variants.

What is expected

• Apply expert knowledge of the DOM and browser rendering to manipulate page elements reliably across devices and browsers for experimentation purposes.
• Experience with A/B testing and working in CRO platforms is a plus.
• Strong competence with web technologies (vanilla HTML, CSS and JS a minimum). React knowledge a bonus.
