Pharmacovigilance Lead
Pharmacovigilance Lead focuses on leading transformation projects to drive innovation and excellence across global pharmacovigilance (gpv).
What the role involves
- Leading transformation projects to drive innovation and excellence across Global Pharmacovigilance (GPV).
- Delivering short- and mid-term initiatives, ensuring effective implementation of outcomes (process and SOP improvements).
- Driving capability-building initiatives, including development of methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Managing projects end-to-end, including planning, tracking milestones, and stakeholder communication.
- Supporting and enhance GPV infrastructure, including procedures, data flows, tools, and documentation.
- Collaborate with IT to advance digital solutions, automation, workflow optimization, and AI integration.
Skills and requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences (Bachelor’s or higher).
- 10+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Strong expertise in signal detection, safety writing, and risk management across the drug development lifecycle.
- Proven track record in driving operational improvements and governance initiatives.
