• PSWs are the entry posts into the pharmacy career ladder with many going on to study a pharmacy qualification to become registered technicians.
• PSWs assist with the ordering, receipt, storage and issue of pharmaceutical products in line with departmental procedures.
• Dispensing of medicines to patients, maintaining ward stock levels, working alongside pharmacy technicians in our Aseptic Unit and vaccination team.
