Pilates Instructor focuses on to support this, we’re looking for talented and engaging reformer pilates instructors who can bring energy, expertise and community into every class they teach.

What the role involves

• To support this, we’re looking for talented and engaging Reformer Pilates Instructors who can bring energy, expertise and community into every class they teach.
• As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you’ll deliver high-quality sessions that motivate members to move well, feel stronger and enjoy being part of the Virgin Active group exercise co.
• Delivering safe, engaging and technically strong Reformer Pilates classes.
• Ensure all participants exercise safely and confidently during sessions.
• Actively seek feedback and continuously develop your teaching practice.

Skills and requirements

• Hold a minimum Level 3 Pilates Instructor qualification.

Candidate fit

• Driving strong class occupancy and positive member feedback scores.
• Be confident coaching and motivating members in a group environment.
• Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills.
