Where ownership sits
Identify customer pain points and operationalize Theatro’s service in pilot stores in accordance with pilot playbook. Two weeks additional pay per year (holiday bonus).25 days holiday entitlement + bank holidays.

Create the training and education strategy to drive adoption of the solution. Delivering application best practices to customers. Leading checkpoint meetings and present progress with internal and external stakeholders.
