Management of end-to-end P&L performance across all revenue streams and cost drivers for current and future financial years delivering c£1.2billion per annum. Execute delivery and presentation of Three Mobile’s annual budget and quarterly reforecasts. Managing the Risks & Opportunities process to mitigate risk and unlock growth opportunities.
