What the role involves

  • Maintain project schedules, identifying key milestones and critical paths.
  • Collaborate with design and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Prepare tender schedules and logistics plans.
  • Assisting in creating short-term schedules.
  • Regularly update project schedules to meet operational and commercial needs.
  • Provide insights and alternative solutions to project teams and senior management.

Skills and requirements

  • Degree in construction or related field preferred.
  • Essential experience in house building and planning, ideally with a main contractor on projects up to £25m.
  • Experience with NEC and other construction contracts (ICE & JCT).
  • Strong commercial awareness and logical thinking.

Candidate fit

  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
