Planner

This Planner role in Asta Powerproject is focused on to perform planning duties to support delivery and commercial management of Housing, Extra care & Retirement living projects within Esh Construction. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

How the role is set up

Update the programmes for a number of these concurrent projects at various stages from concept, through design to construction. To work as part of the pre-construction team in preparation of Tender programmes, logistic plans and qualitive responses.

Where someone would start

To perform planning duties to support delivery and commercial management of Housing, Extra care & Retirement living projects within Esh Construction. To Assist in the preparation of short-term Programmes to meet interim objectives working with the contracts and site malmanagement teams. Liaise with design teams and other partners and engage with specialist supply chain partners to understand their outputs and programme sequencing.

What is expected

• Ability to handle information from multiple projects and sites.
• Review programmes as required, to meet the operational, contractual, and commercial needs of each project, including progress and change management.
• Produce programme commentaries or other narratives that may be required as programmes are issued.
