Planner

This Planner opportunity in Construction Management is built around developing pre-construction programmes and tender programmes. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

How the role is set up

Planner focuses on preparing detailed construction programmes using industry-standard planning software (asta powerproject). Formal qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Where someone would start

Develop pre-construction programmes and tender programmes. Identify critical paths, potential challenges and programme risks. Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers regarding programme requirements.

What is expected

• Experience across multiple construction sectors.
• Main Contracting background working on similar schemes that we carry out like schools, healthcare, defence, public buildings etc from a value of £2m to £40m.
