Planning and Distribution Apprentice

As a Planning and Distribution Apprentice in Sevenoaks, Kent, the work centres on assisting with the planning and allocation of haulage resources to ensure timely, efficient and cost-effective delivery of asphalt and aggregate products. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

How the role is set up

Developing an understanding of our manufacturing processes and material capabilities to enable economic distribution planning whilst supporting efficient production. FM Conway is delighted to be recruiting a Planning and Distribution Apprentice to join our growing and successful Aggregate and Asphalt division.

Where someone would start

Assisting with the planning and allocation of haulage resources to ensure timely, efficient and cost-effective delivery of asphalt and aggregate products. Supporting task-by-task logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards.

What is expected

• For this opportunity, you will need to have achieved a minimum grade of 4 and above in your GCSE Maths and English.
• Have good relationship building skills, strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
