This is a senior role with real influence - leading teams, shaping delivery strategy, and ensuring projects are planned, monitored and controlled to the highest standards. Strengthening client and stakeholder collaboration, championing responsible delivery.

Mentoring and develop high‑performing planning teams. We’re looking for an experienced Planning Lead to take accountability for planning and project controls across a portfolio of complex construction projects and programmes. Confident communicator influencing senior stakeholders. Working towards, or holding, chartership or professional accreditation (e.g. APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE or similar). What is expected
- Degree‑qualified; pursuing relevant professional accreditation and CSCS‑certified.
