Additional role context

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support services on a 24 x 365 on call basis for elements of the associated technology stack across all non-production, business critical Production and Di.
• Oversee the delivery of all project and roadmap initiatives owned by the team. Manage your teams time and their allocation to project work.
• Design and delivery of the supported platforms technology stack and the infrastructure it resides upon.
