Play Leader focuses on kings hill school has invested in opal play which is an award-winning, mentor supported programme that is supporting us to improve the quality of our play opportunities.

What the role involves

• Kings Hill school has invested in OPAL Play which is an award-winning, mentor supported programme that is supporting us to improve the quality of our play opportunities.
• Working as a member of the play team, you will ensure that all our children have meaningful lunchtime play every day.
• Support our children as they visit the dining hall and are responsible for clearing the tables to a state ready for use by other diners.

Skills and requirements

• The play team is also responsible for ensuring that all our children have a pleasant eating experience at lunch time, while maximising the time they can spend outside playing.

Additional role context

• Kings Hill School Primary and Nursery is a Ofsted graded 'Outstanding' school situated in Kings Hill.
• Work as a member of the play team to create a safe and stimulating outdoor environment providing social, active and creative play experiences for all.
• The values of the school (Respect, Kindness, Cooperation, Courage, Resilience and Responsibility) are well embedded by children and staff.
