What the role involves

• Delivering planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance activities in accordance with SFG20, manufacturer recommendations, contractual obligations a.
• · Maintain water services, sanitaryware, valves, pipework, pumps, TMVs, boosted water systems and drainage systems.

Skills and requirements

• · Minimum three years' experience maintaining commercial plumbing systems.
• · Experience delivering SFG20 maintenance.

Additional role context

• Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week.
• · Complete all assigned plumbing PPMs in accordance with SFG20.
