Plumber

This Plumber role is focused on as a Plumber, you will ensure our clients' facilities remain safe and compliant. It would suit someone who can bring carry out safe plumbing and gas-related work with reliable site-by-site hands-on technical completion to the role.

Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard. Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems.

Practical details

• South London area - Mobile Contract: Permanent and Full-Time, 40 hpw Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends, no on-call).
• Get 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to up to 25 days with years of service.
• Life assurance (3x salary).
• Experience with building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy is also a bonus.

What needs to be in place

• To be successful in this role, you will need a City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and ideally G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification.
• You should have proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks.
