How the role works day to day

Carry out responsive plumbing repairs in occupied properties. Investigate and resolve issues with hot water systems and radiators. Identify and report any additional works, safeguarding concerns, or property issues.

Practical details

• Salary up to £38,000 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card.
• To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.

What needs to be in place

• Proven experience in domestic repairs and maintenance in a plumbing position.
• Excellent customer service skills, with experience working in occupied homes.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
