Plumber focuses on carry out general plumbing repairs and maintenance.

What the role involves

• Carry out general plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and undertake repairs on commercial heating systems.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety regulations.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in plumbing and commercial heating systems.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent).
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Confirmed role details

• 35 hours per week.
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm.
• Temporary (6 months+ potential to go permanent).

• We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing & Commercial Heating Engineer to join a public sector organisation based in Perth.
• This is a site-based role with no travel requirements.
