As a Plumber, the work centres on carrying out a variety of carpentry repairs in domestic/social housing settings. It would suit someone who can bring carry out safe plumbing and gas-related work with reliable site-by-site hands-on technical completion to the role.

Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced a Plumber to join our client’s reactive maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied domestic properties, carrying out day-to-day Plumbing repairs and general maintenance.

- Carry out a variety of carpentry repairs in domestic/social housing settings.
- Delivering high-quality maintenance in occupied properties.
- Maintaining excellent customer service throughout your visits.
Technical requirements
- Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs.
- NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Plumbing.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Practical details
- Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week.
