Plumber focuses on conduct heating, & plumbing services, ppm tasks, installations, and reactive repairs.

What the role involves

• Conduct Heating, & Plumbing Services, PPM tasks, installations, and reactive repairs.
• Provide remedial fault diagnosis within existing installations.
• Ensure all necessary administration work is completed and returned to the appropriate administrative centre in accordance with establishment procedures.
• Maintaining a cooperative working relationship with employees and management.
• Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and any other relevant legislation and the contract services Code of Practice.
• Take instructions from heads of departments regarding work requests, access and provision of temporary material storage areas.

Skills and requirements

• SCQF Lvl 5/6/7 or Equivalent NVQ 2/3/4/5 or City & Guilds craft, BPEC or Skillseekers.
• Ideally have experience within a building service in setting.
• Experience of Safe Systems of Hot & Cold Water and Sanitation.
• Experience of Unvented, Water Regs, Legionella awareness, Zip Tap, TPMV. Manufacturer training Elec Safe Isolation.
