  • Accurately recording work via handheld devices and job management systems.
  • Carry out responsive and planned plumbing maintenance across occupied social housing properties, ensuring works arepleted safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Skills and requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in reactive maintenance within social housing or domestic settings.
  • Full UK driving licence (clean preferred).
  • Basic DBS clearance – must be in place by start date.
