What the role involves

• Completing additional multi-trade tasks (minor building, drainage, basic groundworks).
• Using a handheld device (PDA) to receive and complete jobs.
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
• Providing a high level of customer service when dealing with tenants.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Working within occupied residential properties, you’ll carry out a variety of day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance.

Skills and requirements

• City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent.
• CSCS Card (Blue preferred) or working towards.
• Full UK Driving Licence (minimum 12 months).
• Competitive salary with strong overtime and call-out earnings.
