What the role involves

  • Administer key project and programme governance meetings in strict compliance with internal policies.
  • Governance & Administration: Coordinate, facilitate.
  • Prepare high-quality delivery status reports.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, dashboards, and action trackers.
  • Triage & Communication: Monitor the shared team mailbox, efficiently resolving requests and managing stakeholder communications to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve moderate-scope operational issues independently by referencing established procedures and guidelines.

Skills and requirements

  • Proven experience in project administration, coordination, and tracking.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a sharp eye for data accuracy and detail.
  • Previous or current experience working within the IT sector.
  • Direct experience with Ministry of Defence (MOD) supply chain programmes or other UK Government Departments.
