What the role involves
- Administer key project and programme governance meetings in strict compliance with internal policies.
- Governance & Administration: Coordinate, facilitate.
- Prepare high-quality delivery status reports.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, dashboards, and action trackers.
- Triage & Communication: Monitor the shared team mailbox, efficiently resolving requests and managing stakeholder communications to ensure deadlines are met.
- Problem Solving: Resolve moderate-scope operational issues independently by referencing established procedures and guidelines.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience in project administration, coordination, and tracking.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a sharp eye for data accuracy and detail.
- Previous or current experience working within the IT sector.
- Direct experience with Ministry of Defence (MOD) supply chain programmes or other UK Government Departments.
