This Policy and Programme Manager role is focused on driving the national skills agenda for the UK's Financial Services sector. It would suit someone who can bring opportunities to work on high-impact projects within the professional services industry to the role.

You have a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion, using formal project management approaches. Act as a leading thinker on "future skills" and learning cultures, utilising data and intelligence to inform industry-wide positions.

How the role works day to day

Driving the national skills agenda for the UK's Financial Services sector. Supporting the senior leadership team in member retention and recruitment, while managing or mentoring junior policy and programme executives in a matrix environment. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for complex workstreams, ensuring all initiatives are delivered to agreed deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • You excel at building collaborative relationships and have experience navigating the interface between private employers, government agencies, and educational bodies.
