• Support across the organisation and to wider industry stakeholders and members.
• Delivering high-quality services for industry stakeholders, including the Department of Transport.
• Leading policy development on a range of issues impacting the travel system to deliver better outcomes for customers (passengers and freight) and external funders.
• Develop ideas aligned to our business priorities that are effective at stimulating change in industry.
