Practice Development Leader focuses on the post holder will work closely with gp partners and senior staff to drive strategic development.

What the role involves

• The post holder will work closely with GP Partners and senior staff to drive strategic development.
• Support staff training and wellbeing.
• The practice is led by GP Partners and supported by a wider multidisciplinary clinical and administrative team working collaboratively to deliver comprehensive primary care service.

Skills and requirements

• Experience working with EMIS Web Experience managing CQC inspections and compliance Financial and HR management experience within general practice.
