Practice Manager focuses on the post holder will work closely with gp partners and senior staff to drive strategic development.

What the role involves

• The post holder will work closely with GP Partners and senior staff to drive strategic development.
• Maintain strong communication within the practice and with external stakeholders.
• Leadership and management of administrative and clinical support staff.
• Oversight of HR processes, staff rotas, recruitment, and performance management.
• Financial management, budgeting, and liaison with external stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC, NHS contractual requirements, and clinical governance standards.

Skills and requirements

• Educated to degree level in healthcare or business.
• Good standard of education with excellent literacy and.
• AMSPAR Qualification.
• Previous experience in a Practice Manager or senior management role within primary care.
