Practice Manager

The Practice Manager position centres on reviewing statutory accounts prepared by the internal offshore accounts team. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

The role offers a blend of technical accounting responsibilities alongside practice management and team coordination duties. The role will initially be offered on a contract basis, with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right individual.

Finance work involved

• Reviewing statutory accounts prepared by the internal offshore accounts team.
• Reviewing and overseeing VAT returns and personal tax work.
• Managing workflow and supporting the operational running of the practice.

Finance skills and experience

• ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified (or QBE).
• Previous experience working within an accountancy practice environment.
• Strong experience reviewing accounts and managing client portfolios.
