Where ownership sits

We require staff to work a minimum of 1-2 days/week in the office and the rest of the time remotely; we plan to continue some remote working longer term, as well as having time in. To agree job plans, performance targets and development goals with your team through the appraisal process, and monitor and support staff in their achievement.

• Training and experience in another IAPT therapy modality (1 point for each modality up to 2).
• Significant experience of contributing to service development and improvements (2=managed service function, 1=project).
• Experience of supervising high intensity therapists/CBT therapists/PWPs.
