PRADA GROUP Project Manager focuses on review and select the most suitable offers for materials and labour from potential suppliers.

What the role involves

• Review and select the most suitable offers for materials and labour from potential suppliers.
• Carry out cost analysis for the preparation of the investment budget, based on parameters defined during the design phase.
• Supervise on‑site activities involving designers and external suppliers, constantly monitoring site costs and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Preparing and implement project changes and updates when requested by Management or deemed necessary.
• Proactively identify new suppliers and regularly review existing ones (for services, goods and materials), in line with company procurement procedures, to guarantee optimal quality.
• Ensure that all technical drawings, permits and documentation are complete, up to date and properly filed.

Skills and requirements

• Co‑ordinate projects for retail stores, shop windows and promotional displays within the assigned area, including the collection of all information required for project kick‑off.
• Liaise with the Property Management Manager to obtain all required authorisations (including building and environmental permits).
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Solid experience as a Retail Project Manager, with an architectural or surveying background.
