Presales Technical Architect (C&I)

The Presales Technical Architect (C&I) position in Cloud Infrastructure, Observability centres on leading Client conversations covering full breadth of DXC’s ITO and Cloud portfolio. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

We help customers build IT investment strategies that support transformation and the ability to deliver on business goals. Work closely with post-sales delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

How the role works day to day

Leading Client conversations covering full breadth of DXC’s ITO and Cloud portfolio. Act as an advisor for GIS to internal sales and account stakeholders across the Americas & UKI. Build relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs, challenges and be seen as the 'go to' person for technical matters.

What needs to be in place

• Demonstrate credibility and experience to advise Clients on complex IT transformation initiatives.
• Broad-based understanding of cloud platform services, cloud-native architectures, cloud infrastructure, hybrid cloud and cloud migration strategies.
• Several years of experience in the infrastructure domain with large global Service Integrators/Providers across presales, solutions, engineering, operations and service delivery.
