Prescribing Pharmacist focuses on supporting prescription rewrites, repeat prescriptions and with queries.

What the role involves

• Supporting prescription rewrites, repeat prescriptions and with queries.
• Working under shared care for repeat prescriptions.
• Working to ensure all clinical activities are up to date and compliant.
• Communicating with patient GP, if necessary, both in sourcing information and responding to queries.

Skills and requirements

• MPharm degree, or equivalent, required.
• Extensive experience as a prescribing pharmacist, ideally within a relevant UK setting.
• Experience with using prescribing software, Zendesk (other equivalent platforms), and MS Office desirable.

Confirmed role details

• £55,000 per annum.
• 0900 - 1800, 5 days per week (including working on Sundays).
• Onsite then transitioning to hybrid (3 days WFH).
• Full Time and Permanent.
