Primary Cover Teacher

This Primary Cover Teacher role is focused on supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care. It would suit someone who can bring be confident covering and teaching a full classroom to the role.

Where the work sits

This can be Full Time, Part Time, or ad hoc days to suit the availability you have and working from Nursery to Year 6. There are also tuition/ intervention opportunities available to those interested in 1:1 support.

What needs to be in place

• We adhere to Safer Recruitment practices in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE), Working Together to Safeguard Children 2023, and other relevant legislation.
• Have experience of teaching pupils in a primary school setting.
• Relevant childcare, early years, or classroom-support experience.
