Primary Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
Job description
This Teaching Assistant role is focused on supporting class teachers by providing 1:1 for a child with additional needs during lessons. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.
Role overview
Paid £450-£525 per week depending on hours, term time only. Work closely with pupils with SEN and SEMH as a Primary Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant.
Main responsibilities
Supporting class teachers by providing 1:1 for a child with additional needs during lessons. Supportive and passionate Teaching and Support Staff. A happy, secure and inclusive environment, where all members of the School Community can grow in self-esteem, develop their full potential and celebrate their achievements.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with SEN and challenging behaviour is required!
- Paid, invaluable classroom experience.
