Job description
This Primary School Classroom Support role is focused on supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. It would suit someone who can bring passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people to the role.
How the role is set up
Primary School Classroom Support (SEMH / Alternative Provision). This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday) supporting pupils who require consistent behavioural and emotional support to succeed in school.

What is expected
- School experience is helpful but not essential — resilience and attitude are key.
- Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
Job details
- Pupils may present with SEMH needs, Autism (ASC), ADHD, attachment needs, or trauma-related behaviours.
- Leeds Primary Schools | Full-Time | Long-Term.
- Implement behaviour plans and EHCP strategies.
- Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams.
