We offer FREE Thrive training, which schools love and which gives you extra tools to support emotional wellbeing in the classroom. We’re working with a number of welcoming schools across Merton who are looking for support staff to join their Enhanced Learning Provisions.

What needs to be in place

• Have experience in schools, SEND, youth work, care, or similar settings, or are keen to learn.
• All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
• Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
