These settings support pupils who need a little extra care, structure, and encouragement to thrive at school. We offer FREE Thrive training, which schools love and which gives you extra tools to support emotional wellbeing in the classroom. We’re working with a number of welcoming schools across Mitcham who are looking for support staff to join their Enhanced Learning Provisions.

Are patient, resilient, and genuinely care about young people. Stay calm under pressure and don’t take tricky moments personally. A friendly, local consultant who actually listens.

What is expected

• Have experience in schools, SEND, youth work, care, or similar settings, or are keen to learn.
• All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
• Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.

Job details

• In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
• All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
• Additional detail: Weekly pay may be available.
