Primary Support Staff Wanted – Wimbledon

We’re working with a number of welcoming schools across Wimbledon who are looking for support staff to join their Enhanced Learning Provisions. These settings support pupils who need a little extra care, structure, and encouragement to thrive at school. Roles in supportive schools that value their support staff.

Do you have a calm head, a kind heart, and a knack for helping young people feel safe and understood? Working closely with teachers and SEN teams to keep days calm and purposeful. Are patient, resilient, and genuinely care about young people.

Care skills and requirements

• Have experience in schools, SEND, youth work.
• All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.

Job details

• Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella faff.
• All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
• In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
• Additional detail: Weekly pay may be available.
