What the role involves

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for individuals and small groups.
• Create a safe, structured and inspiring primary classroom environment.
• Supporting LSAs and other staff to deliver consistent, high‑quality learning.
• Communicate clearly with families, colleagues and wider professionals.
• QTS or degree level equivalent.
• Primary teaching, grade 4 (or equivalent) in GCSE English Language and Mathematics.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
