As a Primary Teacher, the work centres on supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.
Where the work sits

Practical details
- Full-time teaching bookings to cover sickness, maternity etc.
- Temp-to-perm roles: We create a platform for long-term supply roles to transition into permanent contracts.
- By registering with Connex Education, we will be able to put your CV forward for temp-to-perm roles (fixed term roles) that will be starting in September 2026!
- Part-time job-share bookings.
What needs to be in place
- Experience teaching in primary schools or on placements.
- We adhere to Safer Recruitment practices in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE), Working Together to Safeguard Children 2023, and other relevant legislation.
- DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through us.
