PRIMARY TEACHER
As a Primary Teacher, the work centres on creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of all pupils. It would suit someone who can bring demonstrates excellent classroom management and consistently applies positive behaviour strategies to the role.
Who the work supports
Be responsible for a class in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons that engage and inspire pupils. Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of learners of varying abilities, including SEN and EAL pupils.

Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of all pupils. Using assessment effectively to monitor pupil progress and inform lesson planning. Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and personal development alongside academic progress.
