What the role involves

• TA's that can carry out various contracts - this includes daily supply, block bookings and short and long term contracts.
• Provide assistance and supervision for children during the school day.
• Assisting children to understand and participate in class.
• Help to build confidence and motivation.

Skills and requirements

• The suitable candidates will have experience of supporting children in school and must be able to manage behaviour and motivate students in class.
• Cover at different schools in and around the Southampton area having your own transport is desirable but not essential.
• To be considered for the position you must have a valid clear DBS check or be willing to submit one.
