Principal/Associate Building Services Engineer focuses on develop existing clients and projects for a national mechanical, electrical and public health consultancy servicing projects in the northern regions of england.

What the role involves

• Develop existing clients and projects for a national Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health consultancy servicing projects in the Northern regions of England.
• Coordinating with senior team members to ensure continuous development of junior staff.
• Overseeing internal resourcing and work with other internal departments.
• Overseeing project delivery from feasibility through to construction stage.
• Ensure projects delivered are profitable and in-line with client brief.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external – Clients, Architects, Contractors, Consultants etc.

Skills and requirements

• 5 + years experience.
• Degree in Engineering or industry related qualification.

Candidate fit

• technical judgement, safe working habits, careful diagnostics, and practical problem-solving

Additional role context

• Projects will range from £5m-150m in value within sectors which include hotels, commercial, industrial, education and leisure (some of largest MEP projects currently in the UK).
• This would suit an ambitious and outgoing engineer with a proven track record of driving their current business forward.
• Business development/Identify new opportunities/clients and dealing with project tenders.
